A.G.B.C.E.A. administration info
The elected Executive Committee of our Association also forms the Board of Directors of our Trust Corporation which is registered to administer the property of Baptist Churches in these countries. The Association acts as Trustee for more than two-thirds of the associated churches, and is able to obtain and give advice on all matters connected with the buying and selling of property, the maintenance of buildings, matters connected with Trust Deeds, investments, and application of proceeds. The Association may be approached confidentially on any such matters.
The Company is a Registered Charity (No. 250733) and is limited by guarantee and registered in England No. 247342 (incorporated 1930) with registered office at "Dunoon", Top Road, Rattlesden, Bury St.Edmunds, IP30 0SJ.
